Internal Mold Release, Lubricant, and Processing Aid Additives
Proprietary formulations of unique polymeric compounds and organic esters engineered for today’s new complex thermosetting resins and polymer systems. The addition of TECH-LUBE™ allows for faster cycles, easy mold release , improved flow characteristics, reduced resin viscosity, improved dispersion of pigments/fillers and reduced wear and tear on dies and tools.
Green Release™
Environmentally Friendly Based Release Agents
GREEN RELEASE™ mold release agents and are unique synthetic polymeric resins mixed in environmentally friendly solvents or water. GREEN RELEASE™ will dry faster at room temperature making a monomolecular film on the mold surface. This dry film will not transfer to the molded parts nor will it interfere with post finishing operations like printing or bonding. Applied once, it provides a record number of sharp, clean releases with glossy or matte finish. Mold stays cleaner for extended time due to the non-corrosive property of GREEN RELEASE™.
Tech-Lube
Tech-Lubes are proprietary formulations of unique polymeric compounds and organic esters engineered for today’s new complex resins and polymer systems. At usage levels ranging from 0.5 to 1.00 PHR, DRAMATIC IMPROVEMENTS in processing, release and product appearance are realized.

Tech-Lube internals can be painted and bonded without the need for secondary operations such as degreasing, buffing or sanding.
External Release Agents

Application:
Our externals can be applied by spraying or brushing on hot or cold molds. Once ‘broken-in’ – molds are always ready to use.
